Exchanges & Returns

ALL EXCHANGES & RETURNS HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD DURING THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC.

We want you to love your purchase. If not totally satisfied, please call or email us within 14 days for a store credit, exchange, or refund. (In-store returns, please see below.) Items must be in original packaging and in the same condition they left us in. Please note that all SALE items are considered a final sale and are not returnable.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Repackage item in it’s original packing with the packing slip.
  2. Call or email us to let us know about your return and to get your Return authorization number.
  3. Include the Return Authorization Number in the following address:

Any package shipped without a return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care.

NOTE: World of Mirth is not responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Plush is not returnable.

LIVE IN RICHMOND?

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at our Carytown store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 14 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition. Please note all SALE items anf all plush are considered a final sale and are not returnable.

RETURN OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

It is our policy to inspect all items before they leave our store to ensure that the item is in tip-top shape. Should an item arrive in damaged, or defective condition, we must be notified within three (3) business days of the date of delivery. At that time, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. This number must be written on the outside of the package, or the package will not be accepted. We will pay the shipping costs for the return of a defective or damaged in shipping item and the reshipment of the replacement item.
